Submission Timeframe
Claims must be submitted within 12 months of the date of receiving treatment.
Required Documentation
All claims must include valid receipts or supporting documentation as detailed in the policy terms and conditions. Each receipt must be in the name of the person receiving treatment.
Processing Time
Claims are typically processed within 5-7 working days. You will receive a notification once your claim has been processed.
