Coverage Period
Your current plan year runs from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Benefits reset at the beginning of each plan year.
Dependent Coverage
Your plan includes coverage for up to four dependent children under the age of 18. Dependent children are covered on all benefits except birth/adoption, home care, hearing aids, and specialist medical aids.
Qualifying Periods
Some benefits have qualifying periods. Birth/adoption benefit has a 6-month qualifying period. A 6-month qualifying period for pre-existing conditions applies to physiotherapy, hospital benefits, and medical aids.
